In 2008, Louis J. Daniello formed a company with several of his long-time employees, making them in the new company, Daniello and Associates, Inc. This will ensure that the business that Daniello started in 1984 will always continue on.  Louis J. Daniello remained the major stockholder and President, Vice President and Patricia Salazar, Secretary/Treasurer became a stockholder as well. 

Louis J Daniello has been a General Contractor specializing in Concrete Restoration since 1967 in New York and 1984 in Florida.  As founding Director and the first President of SE Florida Chapter of THE INTERNATIONAL CONCRETE REPAIR INSTITUTE (ICRI), Daniello is in constant contact with the current changes in the industry.  As a condominium resident since 1977 and still an active Director in the Old Port Cove Condominium complex, Daniello understands the problems of condominium budgets and the inner workings of condominium board matters. 

Patricia R. Salazar, Secretary/Treasurer, joined Daniello Construction in 2001.  Salazar is the company’s Office Administrator.  As office administrator, Salazar’s responsibilities include completing proposals, procuring materials, scheduling inspections with engineers and building departments, as well as permit processing.  In 2009, Salazar obtained a State of Florida Certified General Contractor’s license.
